Plans

  • DIY — $29/month. The full platform, self-serve, with these docs as your guide.
  • Guided — $79/month. Everything in DIY plus priority email support from a human within one business day, and hands-on help getting set up.

Both plans are commission-free: we never take a percentage of your orders. Customer payments go straight to your Stripe account.

The free trial

Every account starts with a 30-day, fully functional trial. A card is required at signup but isn't charged until day 30. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Payments and failed charges

Your card is charged monthly through Stripe. If a charge fails:

  1. Smart retries — Stripe retries the card automatically over several days. We email you when a charge fails.
  2. Read-only grace period — if retries keep failing, your account goes read-only for 7 days: your storefront stays visible, but new orders are paused and the dashboard shows a banner. Fix your card under Account & billing → Update payment method and everything resumes immediately.
  3. Suspension — still unpaid after the grace period, and the account is suspended until payment succeeds.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Account & billing. Your account stays fully active through the end of the period you've paid for — no abrupt shutoff. You can also un-cancel up to the last day.

After your paid period ends:

  • Your storefront is replaced with a closed page.
  • Your menu and order data remain exportable as CSV for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, data is archived (contact us for deletion on request).
